Who am I?

My name is Amy. I married my high school sweetheart at the age of 18, became a mother at the age of 19, and a Christian at the age of 23. I have 3 sons, ages 23, 21, and 15 years old. I have one beautiful daughter in law, and one more coming in July 2025. I have homeschooled all of my boys, currently homeschooling a sophomore. I am 43 years young, and became a Naw Naw (she named me that) 12/2023, at the age of 41. I have been blessed with the most adorable redheaded granddaughter. I am married to a Minister of the word, live in Indiana, and love the Lord with all of my being. I am extremely blessed, beyond anything I deserve.

We have a 114 year old farmhouse we are renovating. We have 7 acres with a garden, 3 cats, a bunny, and a rooster. My husband, myself, our 15 year old son, my mom, my nephew, my mother in law with her husband, and our middle son (along with his wife and daughter) all live on our homestead. To say it’s a hectic place, would be a complete understatement.

I have a passion for making my home a haven of refuge. My husband works a full-time job, as well as a full-time ministry job. My husband also has the duties of the spiritual leader in our home. I like to make sure he doesn’t need the worry of the household duties as well. I love to cook, and appreciate a clean home. I haven’t always been this way, but learned as our family grew. Raising kids who love the Lord, and desire to serve Him, is joy unimaginable.

I have a desire to help other women. I want to help you, journey through Gods word, and find your way.  I want to help you grow your love for the Lord, and your role in your family.
